Our restaurant offers company custom-made cakes. The custom company cakes manufacturing is time-consuming and the production capacity is limited. Sponge cakes:

• vanilla
• cocoa – made of original Holland cocoa
• hazelnut – made of hazelnut nuts (extra charge 10%)
• rich chocolate – heavy chocolate cake for chocolate lovers made of original Belgian dark chocolate (due to amount and high quality and quantity of used materials the rate is higher)

Creams and fillings: /pls. specify the type and flavour in your request/

• PUDDING CREAM
  - vanilla (with extract of vannila pod), cocoa (with original Holland cocoa), chocolate (with original Belgian chocolate), hazelnut (with freshly grated hazelnut), coconut (with grated coconut), almond (with freshly roasted and grated almonds), coffee (with fresh Italian coffee) or nougat (with original Nutella)
• BUTTER CREAM (½ fat more than pudding cream)
  - vanilla (with extract of vannila pod), cocoa (with original Holland cocoa), chocolate (with original Belgian chocolate), hazelnut (with freshly grated hazelnut), coconut (with grated coconut), almond (with freshly roasted and grated almonds), coffee (with fresh Italian coffee) or nougat (with original Nutella)

• RICH CHOCOLATE CREAM Price as per the cake size.
  - ingredients: 33% whipped cream, sugar, cocoa, chocolate, butter
• WHIPPED CREAM Price as per the cake size.
  Not suitable for tier cakes and cakes covered with fondant and marzipan
  - ingredients: 33% whipped cream, sugar

Add inside your favourite fruits or delicious marmelade /pls. specify fruits in your rq/:**

• add in your cream your favourite fruits such as banana, peach, pineapple, cherry, strawberry, forest fruits, etc…
• or high quality marmelade Schwartau – strawberry, apricot, sour cherry, orange, blueberry, raspberry, forest fruits

Cake covers:

• Cream – see above cream choice (curd cheese in not suitable!)
• Belgian chocolate – dark or white
• Fondant – any colour from white, blue, red, black…(made of sugar and glucosa)
• Marzipan – NOT available in white colour, made of almonds and sugar, not suitable for allergy sufferers)

Extra decoration /prices as per the particular choice/:**
candles – classic or numbers; fondant ot marzipan (flowers, animals, etc…); plastic figures and sets (such as hockey, football, baseball, basketball team etc.); fresh flowers; cake indoor fountain – small, medium, large (burning time 45s, 75s and 2 min)
